Our personal training services are designed to help individuals achieve their utmost potential. If you are simply looking for better health, improved posture and balance, you want to feel stronger, you want to look better or you want to have more energy. Our programs utilize a variety of traditional strength and functional methods to develop both strength and coordination, increase fat loss, decrease your risk for injury and enhance your performance. Our goal is to maximize your workouts and keep you moving one step closer to your goal, every workout. Our workouts are dynamic, educational, safe, and most importantly productive. We incorporate resistance training, balance training, cardio workouts, plyometrics, core training, functional fitness and flexibility. Coach Gabby successfully designs programs for people of all body types and abilities, making them fun, efficient, challenging and capable of producing the results they expect and deserve. Every client gets personalized attention from the beginning of their program to the end.

 What makes Coach’s Gabby programs so effective is that your program is completely customized to you, and your unique body type. We focus on your specific problem areas and fitness goals. And since the program is customized to your exact needs you don’t waste time doing things that won’t work for you. We will be making your efforts pay off! We offer private and semi-private (2 participants) personal fitness training and small group (up to 3 participants) personal training in our studios.

Exercise during pregnancy may seem daunting. We will work with you throughout your pregnancy adjusting each session so you can feel at ease knowing you are working out in a safe environment for you and your child. Then when you are ready to come back to training we can work with you to design a program, which takes into consideration any effects of childbirth, to help you get back into exercise when your physician gives you the all clear to exercise.

We start with an initial evaluation then develop a personalized training program for you that incorporates your personal fitness/performance goals and is based on your body’s current abilities. Your personalized training program may incorporate aspects from a variety of training and fitness disciplines, such as yoga, Pilates, stretching, resistance training, circuit training, or cardiovascular training.

Your 55 minute sessions will be conducted in our fitness studio where you will work in an appealing environment designed to both motivate you and relax you. Over time, we will adjust your customized training program as you progress and you achieve interim goals along the way.

If you have a smartphone or computer tablet and you travel for business or pleasure, we make sure you are always in a position to work on your goals- no matter where you are – by downloading your personalized training program to your personal device.

Finally if you’re interested, we’ll educate you along the way about topics such as your body, its biomechanics, training techniques, fitness practice and basic nutritional elements.

Our personal trainers and yoga instructors service the greater area of Chicago and surrounding suburbs including Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, and most of Dupage county.
