Every client gets personalized attention from the beginning of their program to the end.

Exercise during pregnancy may seem daunting. We will work with you throughout your pregnancy adjusting each session so you can feel at ease knowing you are working out in a safe environment for you and your child. Then when you are ready to come back to training we can work with you to design a program, which takes into consideration any effects of childbirth, to help you get back into exercise when your physician gives you the all clear to exercise.

We start with an initial evaluation then develop a personalized training program for you that incorporates your personal fitness/performance goals and is based on your body’s current abilities. Your personalized training program may incorporate aspects from a variety of training and fitness disciplines, such as yoga, Pilates, stretching, resistance training, circuit training, or cardiovascular training. Over time, we will adjust your customized training program as you progress and you achieve interim goals along the way.

Finally if you’re interested, we’ll educate you along the way about topics such as your body, its biomechanics, training techniques, fitness practice and basic nutritional elements.

We work side-by-side with you in your home at your convenience. That means no more excuses. No more packing for the gym, no more worrying about parking, lockers or gym fees. It’s now all about you.
